Treatment includes a deep cleanse and refreshing toner; face, neck and shoulders oil massage; uplifting clean, and finally, a nourishing moisturiser is applied, leaving your face looking rejuvenated and hydrated.

Hydrating Mask Facial

Indulge your sense with our luxury facial package. Skin is thoroughly cleansed and toned, then face, neck and shoulders are treated to a sensuous oil massage, skin exfoliation and richly hydrating mask. Whilst your skin is absorbing the luxuriant mask, hands are treated to a relaxing massage. Finally, an indulgent moisturiser is applied to quench the face, leaving skin plump and radiant.

Our anti-aging facial is designed to revitalise and plump skin. This effective treatment is recommended for mature skin or first signs of aging. Treatment includes a deep facial cleanse and toner; the face, neck and shoulders are then treated to a hydrating oil massage followed by replenishing moisturisers applied to the face.

A deeply relaxing over the shirt neck and shoulder massage: perfect for combatting stress and anxiety or releasing muscle pressure. Concentrating on the neck and shoulders, gentle circular motions relieve tension and tight muscles, soothing the body to help dissipate strains and alleviate concerns.

Indian Head Massage

Circular gentle scalp stretching techniques to the head to reduce eye, head and neck tension. A technique that can be applied without oils, in a seating position if wished, it gives a deep sense of peace and calmness.
Great for headaches, sleeping issues and tension.

Massage using natural creams focussing on increasing circulation and reducing fluid retention using a variety of massage techniques applied to the hands, wrists and forearms.

Or a legs, shin, calf and feet massage designed to help remove toxins, reduce cellulite, improve skin appearance and reduce aches.

Swedish Back Massage

Experience our signature spa back massage over the shirt or option to remove shirt in the privacy of the boardroom, designed to ease tensions and stress. Relax as increased circulation boosts muscle tone and skin texture leaving your back knot-free and soothed.

Reflexology

A calming and non-intrusive therapy where pressure is applied to specific parts of the feet, hands and ears to correspond with areas of the body. Reflexology aims to restore a greater sense of natural balance within the body, reduce stress and increase a sense of happiness and wellbeing. It is an excellent therapy to remedy stress and anxiety.

Clients remain clothed, sitting or lying down during the session.

Reiki

Reiki is an ancient Japanese alternative medicine, used to heal people physically and mentally. Reiki is profoundly mediative, using forms of hypnosis to enhance a truly relaxed state of mind and body.

The therapy uses palm healing, or hands-on healing, to pass the universal lifeforce of energy from practitioner to client, focusing on specific areas requiring healing.

Similar to reflexology, Reiki is non-intrusive, and clients remain clothed either seated or lying down. A hugely beneficial treatment used to aid stress management, assist in the body’s natural healing processes and develop emotional and mental wellbeing.

Gemma (or Gems) founded Love of Beauty in April 2019, following the death of her mother Rosemarie.

Spending so much time with Rosemarie in her care home, Gems understood the significant importance in providing holistic beauty to people of all ages, no matter what stage of their life.
These treatments hugely amplified Rosemarie’s quality of life. Seeing the positive impact therapies had on her mother inspired Gems to create Love of Beauty and ensure all people can benefit from Feel Good Therapy.

Gems is now our Certified Masseuse, Reflexologist, Reiki Master & Crystal Healer. She is also our Health and Wellbeing Coach, partnering with the award-winning Arbonne vegan brand, helping our clients with any health, skin, hair or body ailments.

A qualified beauty therapist since 2017, Kerrie has been Gemma’s business partner and main wing-woman since April 2019!

Kerrie has spent the last decade perfecting her skills in the art and design of Gel Nails at her In-House Salon in IP2.
She is also qualified in Facial Therapy, Full Body Massage, Reflexology and our highly requested Pregnancy Massage.

Outside of work, Kerrie has fun with her partner and two sons. If she isn't off camping or at music concerts, she is also a keen equestrian and spends rare moments of spare weekend time riding horses through the Suffolk countryside.
